It looks like its a done deal if the twit by Hazard on his twitter
page is anything to go by.

Seems the hot boy has finally decided to sign for Chelsea.. He says
i'm signing for the champions of Europe.

Goodluck Hazard. He is 'Chelsea's Hazard' now. :-)
